Darren was recommended to me and I can not express how fortunate I feel that he was my agent. From the minute I let Darren know my situation and intentions for selling the house, he kept everything moving forward in an expeditious manner. He made every effort to accommodate my work and moving schedules. If I needed to sign papers, Darren made the arrangements to meet me where ever my location was. Documents that needed to be signed, were conveniently made through computer access. Darren’s knowledge was evident when he would explain pertinent information to me at a level in which I could understand. I felt Darren was calm and patient through-out the process with me and not once did I feel pressure from him on any decisions that needed to be made. It was extremely appreciated that Darren would take the time to explain the pros and cons of certain possibilities during the process. I truly respect this kind of honesty, integrity, and hard work from an agent, as selling a home is extremely stressful. I would recommend Darren to any person who is thinking of buying or selling a home in the future.
