This is the first time I write a review. We were looking around for a high-rise condo near or at Las Vegas Strip online as our second home or maybe an investment property. Darren goes by Dee, showed us some units at the Martin on one Friday evening. My husband fell in love with one of the units although it was not the one we had planned to see. Dee helped us make an offer and closed within two weeks on an all-cash deal. We could have closed within one week, but I was looking to record the deed on my birthday. Dee was very professional, pleasant, attentive, patient. He listens to his client’s concerns. He is very knowledgeable of Vegas real estate as well as its current and future prospects – economic development. He is discipline and his follow-through skill is excellent! He responds promptly whenever you call or text. He shows he cares by showing up on early Saturday morning for our home inspection without us asking! For those reasons above, we would recommend Dee without reservation to anyone looking to settle or buy real estate in the Las Vegas area. We wish him much success in his career!
