Rebecca began her real estate career in 2010 working in administration for Century 21 Moneyworld, holding positions in Relocation and Brokerage Lead Management. In 2011, she began working as a real estate assistant for top realtors with Prudential Americana Group and subsequently Coldwell Banker Premier Realty. In 2012, Rebecca began working with prominent institutional investors such as Colony American Homes (CAH), Blackstone (Invitation Homes), Silver Bay, Nimble Group, and Blue Mountain. During this time, she managed transaction coordination duties while closing more than 1,500 homes from 2013-2015.

In 2016, Rebecca launched TC Service Online and began servicing several top agents/brokerages throughout Nevada. In 2020, she began managing transactions for Darren Melton of The Melton Group, who has been recognized as on the Top 100 and in the Top 1% of all realtors in Southern Nevada.
