Darren spent so much time with us since we were out of town and basically spent the day with us showing us around Las Vegas communities. He has a solid knowledge base of the area. He was always available and very responsive to our needs. He was able to help us secure a condo in Las Vegas pretty effortlessly and followed through with us until the end.

We met Darren somewhat by chance while looking for a home. We found him to be super responsive, helpful, available, and enjoyable to work with. Buying and selling homes can be a stressful process and Darren made it as low stress as possible. When looking for a home, we often had tight schedules in which to view a home that had come on the market, at a time when the market was crazy with homes selling over list and with multiple offers. Darren was always accommodating, including making several trips back to a few houses we were considering so we could bring our kids and father, who lives with us. Once our offer was accepted Darren did an amazing job with the listing and marketing of our current home that we needed to sell. He had a great network of professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home & pool inspectors, roofing, AC companies, etc. for the repair items we needed to address for the buyers of our home.

They were extremely professional and knowledgeable with impeccable integrity. We were very selective and saw numerous properties and Darren was extremely patient with us. At closing, Darren took time to sit with us and pointed out several charges we should not be responsible for saving us hundreds of dollars out of pocket. We highly recommend Darren and his team.

They found everything I asked for; features, location, and price. At no time did I feel pressure to move on a property I was not sure of. I was able to electronically sign all of the documents and he recommended a mortgage broker, housing inspector, etc. He has the connections and information to make purchasing a property a pleasure. Contacted him through Zillow. never met him or spoke to him previously. Being from California we took a flight to Nevada and Darren actually picked us up and drove us all around Lake Las Vegas area. We actually found a house we liked but wanted to wait a couple weeks before moving forward. Sadly that house sold but we found a similar house and, based on Darren and his team giving us a virtual tour, we bought it sight unseen.
